in where my puppies will go so therefore I would appreciate that in order to be considered you must fill out the following
form. By filling out this questionnaire you understand that this is the first
step in the process of acquiring a puppy from me. Pet puppies are sold with limited registration on a spay/neuter contract.
Show potentials are sold with a co-ownership contract on full registration.
